I think customer service in this country is dead.
ATT strikes again. The cost of all our services, land line, cell phones, TV and internet all went way up last month. Linda called them and spent over three hours on the phone trying to fix things. I would have said two words...cancel everything. Turns out that since we were "old" (yes, someone said that) they separated our account into four accounts because they didn't think that since we were old we "would be buying any new services." Linda calmly said "you don't have any new services."
I ordered a new laptop, finally. Against my better judgement I bought an in-stock Dell which was supposed to be here yesterday, guaranteed. Wednesday I received an email saying it wouldn't ship for another two weeks. I would have canceled the order but my $350 coupon was about to expire.
