I had this critter ready to go on Thursday but we didn't have power for most of the afternoon and I forgot about it yesterday. Still not much going on here. I haven't been outside triking in two weeks and I'm starting to get grumpy (ok grumpier). I'm still enjoying my farming simulator game. It sort of reminds me of running field investigations when I worked for EPA. Logistics, logistics, logistics. Trying to keep everything and everyone running smoothly.
I'll be teaching my photography class at the John C Campbell Folk School during the week of April 5th. It's always a fun class with field trips to Vogel state park and Cane Creek vineyards. There is also a nice waterfall at Young Harris college.
I have photos of a flowering quince for you this week. They looked much prettier last weekend but I think all the rain and cold took their toll. This is another flower Linda planted here many years ago which I had never photographed. I thought it was a hawthorn because of all the thorns.
