I hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving and stuffed themselves. Linda and I feasted on a crispy roast duck served peking style. I made some crapes onto which I spread some hoisin sauce added scallion, crispy skin and some meat. Rolled it up and yum.
Other than that it seems like the last month has been difficult. Our internet was down for a week. Our email was down for two weeks, got it running again a week ago and now it's not working again. Thank you att. I had a weekly critter ready to send three weeks ago. Needless to say, it did not happen.
We took Phoebe to the vet last Friday for her shots and instead of sitting in the car waiting we went over to the local Agpro to look at a deere gator. They only had one new xuv835m in stock. We wanted the smaller xuv590 but looking at a used one we realized it was way to narrow. I wanted something more stable. I drove the 835 and it was very nice. Unfortunately, it had a lot of extras which I wasn't interested in. However, Linda wanted some of those extras so I had them work up a price for us. Talk about sticker shock. I told Steve we needed to go home and talk about it. Guess what. It was delivered this morning.
Here are three photos of our new toy.
enjoy
