Well, I'm all excited. I purchased a set of pallet forks for my tractor. I'm not sure what I'll do with them but everyone said I needed them. Actually, I thought that forks were only good for lifting things but according to the youtube videos they are the best thing since sliced bread for lifting, moving, clearing brush, digging, removing stumps and as a platform for working off the ground. I'll probably attach a sheet of plywood to them to paint the observatory and promptly fall off. I think I've watched every compact tractor related video ever made. Yes, I'm becoming a youtube junkie but what's there to do on a rainy day when I can't play in my shop?
The second thing I'm excited about is my website has over 20,000 hits. Woo Hoo.
I have two photos of a killdeer for you today. These birds are all over the Deerlick Astronomy Village. The first photo shows him strutting his stuff and in the second he's showing me what he thought of me after I took his picture. I can't wait for spring when the bluebirds and purple martins show back up.
