Spring in Georgia. It was 87 here on Tuesday and will be in the upper 30's Sunday night. Anyway, that's better than freezing weather. The trees are sprouting their beautiful early spring green leaves, the flowers are blooming and a wren is building a nest in the wreath next to our front door. Now all I need is time to enjoy it. I think I'm going to grab a book and go sit on the deck and read. The heck with everything else that needs 'doing'. Maybe I'll become a man of tomorrow. Ya mon, I'll get to it tomorrow.
I have two photos for you today. The first, take by my father in 1954, is of a family in the Gondar woreda of Ethiopia. The second is of a flower I had not seen before. A silver dollar lenten rose.
